Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or using CleanLock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CleanLock on any Mac you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense or reverse-engineer the App.
Purchases & Pricing
CleanLock is a one-time purchase on the Mac App Store ($2.99) or as a direct DMG download from cleanlock.app, sold through LemonSqueezy and activated with a license key. Prices are listed in USD and may vary by region. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refund Policy
App Store purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. For direct DMG purchases made through our website, we offer a 14-day refund if the App does not work as described on your Mac. To request a refund, email support@cleanlock.app with your order details within 14 days of purchase.
Permitted Use
CleanLock is intended for personal and professional use on your own Mac. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose, to gain unauthorized access to systems, or in any way that violates these terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
CleanLock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every macOS version or hardware configuration.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of CleanLock. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
Updates
We may release updates to CleanLock from time to time. App Store purchases receive updates automatically through the App Store. DMG customers will be notified of major updates via email if they opted in during purchase.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of CleanLock from your devices.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted at cleanlock.app/terms with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
